I'm a Registered Psychologist based in Edmonton, Alberta, offering in-person and secure virtual therapy sessions to adults across the province. I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practice to cultivate a safe space for you to explore your experiences and process your journey.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in human services, specialized program settings, and non-profits, which deepened my commitment to inclusive and respectful care.
Whether you are seeking support for recent stressors or long-standing patterns, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer compassionate, personalized support tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can create a plan that builds on your individual strengths, fostering your personal growth, insight, and resilience. I support adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, chronic pain, grief and loss, and life transitions.
I have completed training in a range of approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing (SEP). I also draw from attachment theory and compassion based approaches. Through therapeutic approaches and process, we may enhance the mind-body connection, increase self-awareness, and support the development of self-regulation and self-compassion.
Couples therapy can support couples in taking the next step to communicate more effectively, navigate conflicts differently, and create a space for deeper understanding. Together we may work towards developing skills to improve communication, and exploring the values you want to live by within your relationship.
